The title companies will NEVER have to deal with ordering flood elevation certificates and 99.9% of closings will now take place when both the listing and selling agent are Alpha Real Estate agents.

For Lenders- the cost of handling each client will go down as the look see period for the buyer will go down.  Within a few days of the buyer’s interest in the property most of the insurance issues will have been resolved early on.  The lenders will now give the selling agent and the buyer the escrow window of how much is allotted for insurance and either give the selling the credit scores or tell them if it is under or over 700.
